"Excellent"

Hotel was great value for money. The room was relatively large and modern. The location is very close to the station and there is also a shuttle that can drive you to the station if you ask. Would definitely recommend.

"快適さを感じられ無かった。"

洗面の水が流れない（排水の隙間がない栓だった）、 電子タバコの貸出が出来るときいたので、タバコを購入して 戻ると、アイコスしか貸出が無い、アイコスのタバコを購入して戻ると、禁煙の部屋なので吸えないと言われた。 最初に調べて伝えれば無駄な購入も無かった。 客の立場で考えられないスタッフだった。
