This is a really AMAZING HOTEL for both families or couples: 1-amazing staff: from reception to beach, restaurants to gardeners; all are making the hotel really shine. So kind, helpful, and service quality to your front amazingly. In any other country you cannot find such - in EU for sure not 2- food: very delicious, enough variety. Some mentioned that it s not easy to book restaurants which is absolutaley not true; very easy indeed. If you are searching for Michelin restaurants ; for sure no need to come here; otherwise this hotel is amazing. Many alcoholic beverages included in all incl; others are normal priced compared to EU. 3-natives by the beach: when walking by the beach; there are Tanzanian and Masai people approaching you but mostly in a friendly way; keeping personal distance; if some are insisting, they stop if you ask them to. No need to worry, even with kids or ladies alone. Also there are safety guards by beach. If you lay in hotel borders, they are not allowed to enter. They try to help you and ask for your visit to their shops for 5-1” euro souvenirs only.dont forget you are staying with 250-400euro/night; be generous. Average salady in Tanzania is 90-100 euro/month 4- sea and beach: very beautiful and clean. Even in low tides you cannot see any trash in the sea or beach. Be careful with sea urchines in low tide after 1km from beach. Masaii will help you 5-rooms r big & clean My only comment might be daily trips and spa services; a bit overpriced. Big thanks

The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to booka lot of taxis if you have things to do on the west side of the island.

estremamente fastidiosi gli indigeni sulle spiagge... insistenti e pesanti... fortunatamente all'interno del resort non possono entrare... diventa davvero difficile farsi una passeggiata sulla spiaggia in tranquillità!

The staff were lovely. A massive shout out to Innocent who served us during our romantic beach dinner and also went above and beyond the following night for beach buffet dinner. An honourable mention to Sufiyan or Sufiyani I cannot remember his name properly but really great service at Bar & Grill restaurant. Hotel amenities were great with good food at both buffet restaurants. Only downside was that they could not guarantee us late checkout, however, the use of the showers and changing rooms alleviated this.

The hotel is well staffed and are always happy to help. The hotel and accommodation is very clean and is constantly kept clean. The pools are warm and relaxing. The Masai on the beach are warm and welcoming but can be a little full on at times, but hotel security are great at moving them along if you want to be left alone. The food and entertainment are fabulous and range if all inclusive drinks are great. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and food. I never go back to the same hotel, but this is one I would consider returning back to.

The property was immaculate! Every day, you were entertained, and the food option was heavenly. I will most definitely go back here in the future.

Non mi è piaciuta la spiaggia perche sempre piena di alghe Eccellenti escursioni con la guida locale 007zanzibar da seguire su intagram per eventuali contatti. Ti fa conoscere la vera Zanzibar a prezzi modici e le migliori spiagge in assoluto
