Bella struttura e comoda

Breakfast was fairly basic but the croissants were very good. The lack of English speaking staff made it difficult to explain our orders but we managed.

It would be good if bottled water was provided in the rooms. This is provided in most hotels. Internet was also patchy. The location of the hotel was too far from the main town. At lunch time the restaurant was closed and only sandwiches available at the bar.

The property is fantastic value for money and the staff are all genuinely warm, friendly and accommodating. The entire property was so clean and felt well-cared for, including the beautiful gardens and pool area

Breakfast could have been a bit better, but, overall, not too bad

Although we didn't get to use the outdoor facilities they looked really good and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived very late.

I thought the rooms were very basic at best.

the night reception that was there on the 10th September was cery helpful. the one who was in the morning was not that much.

The pool opens at 9.30 and breakfast stops serving at 10.00 - and checkout is 10.00. On our several past stays - these times were not so rigid - this last time they were and after a swim we couldn't get most of what we needed for breakfast. A little more flexibility would have been appreciated.
