Den nære beliggenhed til Grænsen.

3 værelser i en entre! Måske var det lejerne, men i timevis var der en smækken med dørene, og en masse andre lyde, som fortalte at lydisolering var der ikke ofret opmærksomhed på, da omgivelserne omkring værelse 22 blev etableret!!!!¡
