Air conditioning unit right outside my window, absolutely horrible nights sleep as a result. Too late & too tired to request a change but a quiet environment is a minimum standard.

"It was grand and no issues but starting to look dated from previous stays years ago"

On checking in the staff member told us we had breakfast included so we headed down for it, to be then told it wasn’t included. Quite annoying as she told us it was at check in!
