The only reason I gave this a 3 and not a 4 is because there was a pointless mini fridge in the room that made such a loud noise it kept me awake at night, everything else about the place was very good. The location was good, although when we arrived we waited outside 15 minutes calling all the listed numbers - non of which worked - till a kind neighbour helped us by calling someone he knew there who turned out to be the cleaner. The room was in a different building than the main one, but was clean and modern with everything we needed. Except the annoying fridge, all that was in it was 1 water and 1 beer. You could see previously it had annoyed someone else who’d pulled out the plug and it had defrosted all over the floor as there was a now permanent water stain. The breakfast was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Overall I’d stay again but need a room without a fridge.

Location was great, cathedral just behind the corner and yet in a quiet part of old town, when going to the hotel take the big Streets of cathedral to have proper asphalt for your trolleys, other Streets are super bumpy

Even when this was a quiet part of town, the noise was still there, you Cannot sleep without ear plugs. Also you can hear all conversations of the neighbours and even the tv from the lady across the road.

Poca accoglienza, check in "a distanza" nonostante l arrivo comunicato con precisione nel pomeriggio, poi mi sono dovuta informare se c erano pericoli di multe per passaggio in ztl, mi e stato consigliato di fare pass giornaliero , mi sono dovuta informare, scaricare l app e richiedere il pass.. avrei preferito una maggiore assistenza, magari prevedere gia un pass richiesto dalla struttura che avrei ovviamente pagato io ma che mi avrebbe sollevato da preoccupazioni.

Ubicación, a dos pasos de la catedral, zona tranquila. Habitación amplia y limpia. Ascensor. Personal muy amable.
