"The Anner Experience"

The hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, a very modern country hotel. Staff very very friendly, organised, helpful & calm. Check in & out was seam less. My room was fabulous, quirky & comfortable. Food was lovely & the service was fantastic. Our conference went very well & everyone was extremely happy with how the conference went in the hotel. I will visit again with my husband to use the leisure centre & see more of Thurles. Thank you to all the staff especially Pip, Bridget, Deirdre, Cathryn, Marianne, Eoin, Thomas, John & Noel who couldn’t do enough for us.

"This hotel was ok."

The hotel was clean. The food was also good. It has a good atmosphere.

The bathroom shower had mold. The parking lot sucks.

Most staff friendly, nice & quite, lovely gardens. Good hot and powetful shower.

Bath towels a bit too small. Thec fire alarm going off at 3.20 am due to someone smoking in their room. Pethaps higher fines would deter.
