Very friendly staff. Nice dinner.

Breakfast was wayyyy too expensive. It came to €32 euro for an omlette and full Irish with tea and toast. The interior is very old but that didn’t bother me too much.

We chose the Anner Hotel as the venue to celebrate our wedding day, and it was truly one of the best decisions we could have made. The hotel itself is beautiful, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and highly professional. The food was outstanding, and every detail throughout the day was executed perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful setting than the stunning ballroom at the Anner Hotel to celebrate such a special occasion. A special mention must go to Deirdre, the wedding coordinator, who made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Everything ran effortlessly, and we had complete peace of mind knowing that all aspects—from the meal service to drinks and everything in between—were expertly managed. The wedding package offered was excellent value, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate dietary requirements. As a dairy-free bride, I was particularly impressed by the care and quality of the food provided—something that can often be challenging when dining out. My husband and I are incredibly grateful to the entire team at the Anner Hotel for making our wedding day so memorable and special. We cannot thank them enough.

Food was good

I hosted a gala dinner at the Anner Hotel this past weekend. The hotel and staff matched and exceeding my expectations. The food was excellent, both in quality and value, and several of our guests went out of their way to say how much they enjoyed it. The service really stood out as well. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout the evening, and everything felt easy and well handled. A special thank you to Bridget from the Events team, who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was very accommodating and played a big part in making sure everything came together so well. Also a special mention to Thomas, who oversaw service on the night. He and his team did a fantastic job and nothing was ever an issue. Overall, a great experience. I would gladly recommend the Anner Hotel for events.
