Our stay at this charming, family-run boutique hotel in Madonna di Campiglio was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome. Despite our lack of Italian, communication was seamless, and their warmth and genuine care made us feel right at home. The staff’s local knowledge was invaluable as they took the time to familiarize us with the ski schools/rental, slopes and town. They provided personalized tips that made our skiing experience smooth and enjoyable. The attention to detail and the passion of this family truly set this hotel apart. Every interaction was thoughtful and kind, and it was clear they take immense pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming stay with exceptional service in Madonna di Campiglio, this is the place to be.

You don't get chosen by Chef Bruno Barbieri by chance, and our stay at Hotel Crozzon was a perfect demonstration of this. From the moment we arrived, we could taste the excellence of every service offered by the establishment. We opted for the half-board option, a choice that proved to be more than spot-on. Relaxation is guaranteed from the very first moment: we were welcomed in the lobby by a smiling staff, ready to provide us with all the information we needed for our stay. The impeccable porter service took care of transporting our luggage from the car to our room, a gesture of great courtesy and convenience. The hotel's cuisine is simply top-notch, both in the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes. Breakfasts are a true celebration of flavors: homemade cakes and tarts, sweet and savory delights, fresh yogurt, juices, and seasonal fruits. Dinner, with a menu that changes daily, offers a variety of courses to choose from, all meticulously prepared. A special mention goes to the chef: truly outstanding! The staff stands out for their kindness and constant availability, but the true heart of the hotel is Mrs. Rina. Sweet, kind, always present, and with an extraordinary ability to make every guest feel pampered and cared for at all times. Her presence, along with that of the entire staff, makes the stay even more special and memorable. The hotel also offers an outdoor parking area and a large underground garage, an option we chose for its unparalleled convenience. The hotel is located just 200 meters from the center of Madonna di Campiglio and provides a shuttle service always available for transfers to the ski lifts or other destinations. Our stay was simply wonderful. Hotel Crozzon is a rare gem, an experience to live and repeat. A special thanks to Mrs. Rina and her staff for making everything perfect.
