Clean and spacious room. Same for the bathroom. Split system for heating and cooling for the room. Comfortable bed. No kitchenette for the deluxe room with spa, but some kitchen ware available (plates, bowls, spoons forks, mugs etc). Parking onsite, free and no booking required in advanced for your car. 15 min walk to restaurants, cafes, groceries, pharmacy. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Mobile reception was very bad in the rooms. 1 to 2 bars. Had to connect to their free WiFi which worked better but not the fastest.

The room was fine. I didn't use any of the other facilities. I like that the default option was NOT to make up the room every day. Also, the chocolates on the pillow were a nice touch.

This is being really picky but, for the price point, I didn't like the 2 in 1 shampoo and condition. Also, the wall mounted squeeze bottles for the bathroom products were hard to use, and would be impossible for an older person or someone with limited hand strength. I'm not sure whether it was just an omission but I would have liked a bath mat. I also would have liked a top sheet rather than just the doona. (I could have followed both of these things up, of course, but I didn't.)

I really like the chocolate bar you place on the bed :)

The spa tub is a little bit smaller than I expected. The parking lot is a little bit small as well.
