The only real advantage is the convenient location. Other than that, there was nothing particularly noteworthy.

I stayed in Cologne for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this place mainly because I needed something close to the city center. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the room was on the ground floor — literally one step away from the street. By stepping through the window, you were basically outside. Right in front of the room there were constantly trash bins, garages, and garbage containers, which made the view and the atmosphere very unpleasant. We booked one room that was supposed to have a proper kitchen and a coffee machine, but what we received was a completely dirty room. The bathroom was disgusting, the kitchen clearly hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, there were someone else’s hairs on the bed, and even matches placed above the bed on the wall decor, which felt unsafe and disturbing. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Staying there for three days felt more like survival than a hotel stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone and honestly just want to forget this experience like a bad dream.

Tesis sorunlara asla dönüş yapmıyor. İnternet olmaması çok kötü. 4 kişi için 2 kişilik havlu vardı. Banyo malzemeleri yetersiz.

The location is very good and quiet.

The bathroom had a smell and not clean at all. No wifi in the building. The beddings not what I expected.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr schlecht. Wenn ich ein Apartment mit Küche buche dann ja wohl weil ich etwas kochen möchte.Kein Topf da, nur eine alte verostete Pfanne .Also erstmal ein Topf gekauft.Im Bad ist die Dusche ist undicht so das man nach dem Duschen im Wasser steht.Alles sieht sehr abgenutzt aus.Es ist sehr laut auch am Sonntag und es stinkt extrem nach Rauch innen.Diese Unterkunft einmal und nie wieder!

Die Lage.

Die Toilette hat sehr gestunken. Das Badezimmer war wirklich ungenügend gereinigt. Den TV konnte man nicht bedienen. Mangelhaftes Licht und leider keinen Spiegel.
