Villa dei Cedri Thermal Park & Natural Spa

E la struttura adatta alle mie esigenze. Assoluto riposo e indipendenza.

Die Villa die Cedri ist ein Kleinod mit herrlichen Bademöglichkeiten in natürlichem Thermalwasser. Beeindruckend ist der Park mit den beiden Badeseen und natürlich der private Jacuzzi im Hotelzimmer (Nutzung zwischen 09:00 und 23:30 möglich). Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und flexibel. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ist jederzeit einem Vierstern-Hotel entsprechend. Die ideale Reisezeit dürfte im Frühjahr, Spätsommer und im Herbst sein. Die Zimmer verfügen zwar über eine Klimaanlage, diese ist aber hochsommerlichen Temperaturen über 30 Grad kaum gewachsen. Für TV-Freaks die kein italienisch sprechen, dürfte das Senderangebot mangelhaft sein. Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Wir werden die Villa die Cedri auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen :)

Tutto bene il parco superlativo un oasi di pace

We had a catastrophic experience. Instead of hotel we got an old uggly and very scary appartement. We had big spider in the room, smell of eggs. The breakfast was just dry ingredients in the room. It's a.big fraud!!! Be careful, they put an appartement as a room type in 4 stars hotel. It wasn't even close to 4 stars hotel. Even though the reservation said that it's 4 stars they told us that if want to get a disant room we need to pay extra 90 euro on the 170 euro that we already paid! The light in the room suddenly turn on and of in the middle of the night and the control in thr jacuzzi room did not work well. And we didn't had a phone in the room to get a service. They even had a different reception for this kind of room. The reservation was misleading in porpuse. They put an appartement as a room type but in the pictures you may think that you are coming for a 4 stars hotel! The reservation even say that it's 4 starts hotel. In the minute I saw the room I asked to go and get a refund and they refused to do it. I spent all day of my expensive trip with my family just to find away to get out of it but they wasn't corresponding also to the agents of hotels. Com

Servizio Ottimo da parte della reception, personale molto disponibile e accogliente pulizia ottima nelle stanze, ormai da oltre 10 anni che veniamo ad alloggiare in questa struttura ma quest'anno hanno migliorato molto la cortesia e gentilezza verso i clienti oltre ad offrire i lettini per i laghetti in omaggio che negli anni precedenti non ci era mai stato concesso , un pò meno nella struttura self service al servizio bar dei laghetti che ho notato che qualcuno del personale vuole tutelare più la propria persona che offrire servizio al cliente per paura di prendersi qualche ramanzina per uno scontrino emesso erroneamente e quasi obbligando il cliente a pagare in più per la differenza dello scontrino emesso, ma meno male che è intervenuto la collega a sdrammatizzare oltre al cliente che aveva dovuto maneggiare ed avendo visto il cliente sicuramente straniero era stato molto paziente, credo che molte persone che nel rispetto del loro lavoro hanno più paura delle disposizioni della direzione che dello SCOPO per cui si lavora che in questo caso sarebbe offrire servizio ai clienti di modo che possano uscire dal bar/self service parlando bene del servizio e della disponibilità facendo buona propaganda ed invogliando altri clienti a frequentare il Bar per fare consumazioni

La struttura e la location sono splendide! Luogo ideale per una vacanza tranquilla! Una pecca è l’assortimento della colazione negli appartamenti del residence!

Un site exceptionnel dans un parc arboretum remarquable. Des étangs avec des sources thermales chaudes accessibles et piscines. Tout est conçu pour le plaisir des voyageurs. Une restauration abordable et un restaurant haut de gamme. La chambre familiale était spacieuse avec son jacuzzi privé, plaisir rare. Les petits dejeuners au château sont raffinés. Un établissement à connaître sur plusieurs jours de suite.

der Whirlpool im Zimmer war natürlich außergewöhnlich, aber bei 35-40 Grad Celsius im Außenbereich wurde der nicht genutzt. Die Anlage selbst mit den Thermalseen ist außergewöhnlich und sehr gepflegt. Unverständlich fanden wir die Liegengebühr v. 4,--€/Tag bis 16.00, ab 16.00 Uhr keine Gebühr; was ebenfalls angenehm war, die Anlage war unter der Woche nicht überlaufen.

The Villa is located inside of wide, nice, well arranged park including the lakes. The building looks from outside very idyllic just that inside they need an urgent renovation and the furniture needs urgent replacement as well. Although we booked with breakfast inclusive, we've got in a basket in the room some biscuits, chocolate and jelly put in your room and we were supposed to wash out dishes as well on our own. Some butter is available as well, just it is enough for one-two days. After complaining to the hotel personal as well as to expedia, we were offered to have breakfast into the hotel's restaurant for 15€ / day / person extra which we refused. We were happy to notice that free parking is included, just that we were offered to park outside of the park on a highly used street outside of the park walls reachable on foot. The available parking slots inside of the park and closed to the villas cost extra (15€ / day). Complaining to the hotel personal or to expedia didn’t help at all: the impression you get is that everything’s possible as soon as you pay extra. Unfortunately, I would have expected much better services for a 4 stars hotel, by comparing to our 4 stars hotels in Italy. We were unhappy about the situation during the entire stay we are not planning to book again Villa dei Cedri.

The grounds are amazing!!! The spa with thermal but non sulphurous water is a real treat and the kids loved it. The check in is a bit confusing as if you are staying outside the main building you have to park and go in before lugging bags but would have been fine if communicated more clearly. Restaurant is great ‘morescado’ I think.
