The food was excelent

Toilets were down stairs no good for people with trouble walkung

It was k but disappointed no black pudding or mushrooms

Location of y he property was good,the area was quiet at nighttime.staff helpful when needed assistance.the food was good

The hotel looked shabby and tired in many areas.the first bedroom we was given was hot and dark overlooking a flat roof.we asked for a change and the hotel provided us with a different room overlooking the sea front so much cooler.the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows like concrete blocks.the bath towels tiny.the tea and coffee facilities in the room tasted disgusting,no biscuits.tv very small .while I understand the building is old and in need of refurbishment it’s little things that can make a difference to your stay

The staff in the dining hall was very friendly and very polite.

The hotel was much better than I expected,the room was large staff very good food was good and plentiful entertainment was good would stay again

Everything was lovely, I met a young lady cleaning the toilets a few times during my stay, she was lovely and very thorough, all ur staff were great but domestic staff never get the same recognition so here it is, x
