Bayview Resort Phi Phi Island - Beach Front Resort

It was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing, we had the see just in front of us.

The pool was way too far from our room and it was poorly designed. There was nowhere where you could hide from the sun if it got too hot (which it always did), and the bar wasn’t in operation, which made the whole thing feel abandoned. The opening hours were also only until 17, the sun was too strong for swimming and relaxing before 17…

The place is good. Literally by the beach. The food was nice, and advisable to take the breakfast option as everything else in the island is really expensive.

The staff that receives you at the pier is super grumpy. Asked me to wait for an hour with my luggage before he would transfer me to the hotel. I dragged the luggage by myself and when I talked about it at the reception, the person over there didn't care either. The location of the hotel made up for every mistake though.

The staff was exceptional and very attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. The location is great for staying close to the island’s center while still enjoying privacy, a quieter area, and direct beach access. Breakfast offered a good variety.

The property’s full potential isn’t fully explored, and further development could elevate the hotel, but apart from that review there were no negative points to mention.

El Hotel goza de una ubicación muy estratégica para tener tranquilidad y estar a pocos minutos del centro. Las vistas de la habitación son espléndidas y el personal es impecable. Su baja puntuación se debe seguramente a los comentarios de un cierto tipo de personas que no valoran la buena atención y la naturaleza, en general personas superficiales. Allá ellos.
