"Decent but could be a lot better"

Good location and friendly staff, AC worked well

Needs updating, and a deep clean, a lot of mediocre diy fixes have been done in the king room we had. Messy paint jobs and bedspread looked quite dated and needs replacing, window facing marina had a lot of streaks / blemishes upon our arrival

No breakfast there

Beds were very old as the whole building. Couldn't close bathroom door. Couldn't open windows or sliding doors . The building needs to be replaced.

"photogenic and budget friendly hide away"

we Loved the harbour view and had a beautiful walk along the water front. the bed was really comfortable. but the building was cold (winter) so next time we will bring our electric blanket. old building but priced fairly and for ambience - excellent.

burr, concrete block construction impossible to heat in winter. must be awesome in the summer.

La chambre que nous avons eu était très sale : draps pas propres, avec des cheveux. Mauvaise odeur également. Ils nous ont alors changé de chambre et c'était mieux.

Location ten minutes from Ferry was amazing

Strong unpleasant cooking smells in the Unit. patio door bolted closed. Sweltering hot as AC not turned on. Took till 1 AM to cool down. Toilet not cleaned and empty pop can on bathroom floor Children screaming till midnight. Men yelling. Did not get much sleep beds uncomfortable
