The staff and management team amazing , rooms are cleaned daily, the food in there restraunt is 4 star quality , if you get stuck in a situation, the staff are quick to sort it out , over all if you’ve never been to Phuket, Thailand do yourself a favour book a ticket and go and explore, the culture is amazing the people are beautiful , it truly is the land of smiles , I’m going back in six months.

great location

not well maintained, water in pool and pond were dirty, mosquitoes are not under control so can't sleep at night.

"watch out for the towel scam. we never took bathroom towels out of the hotel we used the pool towels"

was clean and tidy and nice pool

the cleaners put a white towel but different pattern on it so reception charged us 500 baht for another towel. I think it’s a scam to get money out of customers who are checking out. Be aware of this if you stay there. they did not want to hear that their cleaners put the towels in the room not us.
