Nice location to overnight at. Friendly staff, safe parking, walk to restaurant, substantial breakfast. Good value for money

We were informed by Expedia agent that there was air conditioning. We found out there were no air conditioning when we got there. This was in June and the weather was hot. We had to open the window but since there were no window screens, many insects flew in at night. We tried to check out of hotel but Expedia was not able to contact anyone due to limited front desk service. In the end, we had to stay for the remainder of our booking uncomfortably.

Lovely hotel great value

Stopped here as midway point down to spain, had a late check in ( bout 23.30 ) and the staff were very helpful, personnally ringing & texting me infirmation about late check-in.. would definitely use hotel again ..

Reception staff are very helpful and speak English well. The room was clean,quiet and had a small kitchen equipped with all you would need. Bed was a bit hard for us but the room was good value for money and near the main road into Pau town centre.

Overnight stop here on our way down to Spain. Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Clean, warm & cosy. Nice selection for continental breakfast. Short walk to La Boucherie restaurant. Would use again.

Very basic, not all that clean, door wouldn't close unless slammed and entrance and exit from hotel rooms is directly from outside. Noisy, could hear people next door and people going up and down the outside metal stairs.

i SPENT TWO AND A HALF HOURS DRIVING AROUND THE LARGE AND COMPLICATED CITY OF PAU TRYING TO FIND THIS HOTEL. It is in a new part of town near the autoroute but virtually no-one has heard of ot, or even the street it is on, or even the Avenue it comes ogf !! I asked 6 different people and was sent on 3 wild goose chaces. I was about to give up when I happenned to ask a lady who actually knew it !

A confortable place to stay.

This is a large one bedroom apartment. You can use a full kitchen, stove, microwave and washing machine that costs a little extra but worth it. (They have to unlock an electrical cabinet to turn the power on to the appliances). The hotel staff speaks good English, very friendly and helpful. The town center is nearby. The city has many parks and is quite green and leafy. This is the place to stay to relax and unwind, if you have been traveling for a while.
