Oasis Hotel

Location, room size, and cleanliness of the bed. The TV was nice, as was the additional furniture in the room. The balcony was nice as well.

The bathroom, specifically the shower, was dirty. The dust on the lampshades/bedside lights was gross. The rust on the doors, especially the one for the balcony was concerning.

Leaving that disgusting room was the best part they make to much money to be that nasty

They had roaches everywhere in the room, even in the refrigerator the pillows were yellow. The sheets had stains the air conditioner didn't work. It smelled like mold. No staff after four o'clock they make too much money to be that nasty

It’s what it is for the price. Rooms could use upgrades but it’s Myrtle Beach

Outdated Dirty Odor of the room and elevator The fact that the clean wrapper was on the toilet seat, but there was blood on the toilet seat. We didn’t stay 3 hours before we checked out

The location, the view to the beach was great

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. Pillowcases were dirty.

If the Health Department came through to the oasis hotel, they would shut it down and it said that I was only given back the 60 some dollars instead of at least half my money back and I had to go out and buy new sheets from Walmart just to sleep on and mold and rust was all in the metal furniture in the doors and walls etc etc . I couldn’t even put my clothes on top of the shelves due to them being so dirty and having mold in them. The connecting room doors were wet and soft like and were unlocked and I had to put a table against the connecting doors just so I would know if someone came in my room in which my connect door room was open when I first moved into the room. The main lock on the hotel room door was so loose that I could pull open and it will come right open, and I had to go to Walmart to buy a door lock to put up against the door as well.

Everything. The staff is never in office. Room did not look like the pictures. My room did not have the amenities as it stated. Oddly the room had a cross or an X above each door frame in my room but not in my friends room. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. Upon entering the room later in the evening to sleep I seen what I thought was a bedbug. So I went to my friends room to have her come help me go through the bed. When we got into my room we seen something crawling on the dresser. After inspecting the dresser we found four cockroaches. Staff leaves the facilities at 7pm so again no one was in the office to address the situation with. I addressed it with an agent of booking who told me to dispute charges because he was being ignored from the hotel. While doing the call we seen three more on the hallway. One crawled into another room.
