Hotel Princesa Solar

The hotel was great, the rooms are amazing and the pool area with 3 jacuzzi’s was a bonus, will definitely be returning. The only one downside I would say it that it’s in abit of a rundown area.

Second time at this hotel & just as good as last year, excellent room good shower & air conditioning nice breakfast and brilliant staff. Plenty of room around the pool will be back soon.

The hotel interior is modern and majority is well kept. Hallways are a bit dark and carpet is worn in parts. Pool area is noce however do not go bare foot the astro turf and slabs are like lava in the heat. Reception staff are friendly and nothing is to much of an issue. The only issues we came across and its issues that would stop me returning. The first issue is staff member whos name i believe is milena is rude and abrupt an unfriendly individual. Second issue no outside food. We were self catering and this rule was enforced strictly making it impossible to even enjoy basic things like water by the pool without paying their inflated price. Thirdly food is of poor quality and takes forever to be made. This is for the snack menu by the pool. We had 2 pizzas and both were very sickly and tasted awful, this was after an hours wait as well. I seen another person complain that their roast chicken was disgusting and had it sent back. Overall nicer places to stay with friendlier staff.

In this hotel, its people make you feel at home...

Hotellet är verkligen inte värt sina fyra stjärnor. Vi valde att bo i en av de så kallade juniorsviterna. Rummet i sig var OK, men inte mer än så. Stenhård säng och fruktansvärt obekväma kuddar. En AC som stängdes av av sig självt titt som tätt under hela natten. Det är också väldigt lyhört på rummet och på kvällarna/nätterna kändes det som att puben nere på gatan låg i hörnet av rummet. Det absolut sämsta med hela vår vistelse var dock städningen, som var under all kritik. Lakanen byttes enbart då vi efter cirka 7 dagar sa till om detta. Duschtvål och toapapper fylldes inte heller på ordentligt. Golven och ytorna städades aldrig och fötterna var svarta efter att ha tassat omkring på rummet. Kommer inte rekommendera detta boende till någon och skulle inte välja att bo här igen.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were brilliant, so helpful. Breakfast was great, good choice of food etc. Very limited cupboard/drawer space in bedroom, had to use our cases. Could have done with some glasses in our room & we missed not having tea & coffee making facilities.

Very friendly and helpful staff always with a big smile, reception were excellent on check-in. Beautiful room, decor was really cool and bed was very comfortable. We had the best cold beer at the bar by the Pool. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Bang average hotel. The food looked awful but beds are good with excellent black out curtains
