Booked two rooms for family. Was allocated two rooms with adjoining door which was great. Definitely did not look as nice as the photos. Unfortunately the rooms were in dire need of a renovation. Older style well worn furniture, no cutlery (one teaspoon) no glasses, walls that need a paint, blocked drain in one bathroom and no hot running water in another bathroom. A kettle with a melted electric cord. No safety view peep holes in door. Even though we were in a quiet part of the hotel, unfortunately the noise from Glen Osmond Road made it difficult to sleep. Staff were very friendly and understanding. Other guests were noisy but that could be that the rooms needed to be soundproofed? Due to the nature of the accommodation we decided to cut our stay short.

shower wouldn't drain properly and flooded the toilet area and the tap in the bathroom was faulty. Sprayed water over the front of the basin. Bed and room otherwise OK. Good location and easy to find. Great Italian restaurant across the road.

Poor shower and tap in the bathroom.

Ac unit made terrible noise. Bed was absolutely terrible hard as a rock. Bad pillows. Water leak on bathroom floor.
