ハウステンボスで遊んで温泉まで行ったので帰りが遅くなり、コンビニまで行けず、夜ご飯が食べられませんでした。ホテルにコンビニ入れた方がいいと思います。 22時半ごろフロントに電話して「コンビニ行きたいのでタクシーをお願いします」と言いました。すると、女性のスタッフさんが、少しの保留後に「ホテルで送迎を用意します」と仰いました。すごくありがたかったのですぐフロントに行ったところ、近くのソファーで少し待つように言われました。少し待ったところ声をかけられてビックリしました！ おっさんの従業員が「1キロ渋滞しているから行けません」と普通に言って来ました。 「だから何？？行くんでしょ？」と思いましたが行きたくないオーラ全開だったので唖然としてそのまま部屋に戻りました。 行かないんだったら最初からタクシー呼んだら良かったのではないですか？？タクシーをお願いしたのですから。。。さすがに意味がわかりませんでした。 こうなると、こちら側からしたらわざわざフロントに何しに行ったんだろうと思いますよ！ 花火やアトラクションを楽しんだので、ホテルに着くのが遅くなったのはこちらのせいでしょうけど、娘は家から持ってきたカップ麺で夕食を済ませました。息子はおにぎり食べたいと言いながら疲れて寝ました。 もちろんお盆休み期間中で繁忙期なのはわかりますし 夕食を済ませて来てない私たちが悪いのでしょうがこの対応にはイライラしました。 高い料金なのに、遅くなると手軽におにぎりも買えない。さらには「忙しいのにそんなこと言うなよ」みたいな対応、さらに言えば、部屋からフロントに電話しているので、どこのどいつがコンビニに行きたいって言ってるかわかるんだから、部屋に電話してきて「タクシー呼びましょうか？？」くらいあってもいいと思います！
