The area and the view from the balcony

The first two nights was a bit of a disappointment but we got moved to the 30th floor.

Good location, close to the beach and cafes. Nice view. Easy to access.

On arrival we could not get into the reception area through the boom gate despite calling multiple times. Only 2 lifts working so waiting times were long. The room was very tired and the shower was dirty. Hair from past guests all over the walls and floor. Rubbish from previous guests also left behind. Drugs which could have been very dangerous if in the wrong hands! Drilling from floor above could be heard at very odd times of the day. Construction noise from the building behind was very disruptive and began very early in the day. it would have been nice to be made aware of this.

Prepared our own breakfast in the well appointed kichen. The room had EVERYTHING we needed for 9 days, and the staff, Oriana and Tash were amazing. Could not have been more hwlpful.nup.
