Comfort Inn lived up to expectations except this am. Breakfast bar poorly stocked at 8 am and no one to attend to it. Stock or clean. I stood at front desk for 10 minutes before anyone came. Just wanted to report that our room 205 had a damp carpet around the cooling/heating unit. She really didn’t seem to care. Not the best for your reputation which otherwise would have been great. Sorry

The hotel is very clean and well maintenance. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, give us great recommendations for dinning and especially Trina at the breakfast area. She is great, professional and does a wonderful job with the hot breakfast. Trina is a great asset to the hotel.

Due to issues with the Hotel.com payment to the hotel, check-in took 45 minutes and a lot of aggravation. Front desk service is not exceptional or very service oriented in a stressful situation and no manager on site to help address the situation. Breakfast is ONLY until 9:00. Room was clean and comfortable.
