"I will never use Booking.com again and should be refunded for the inconvenience"

The property was nice have used them many times. This time used booking. Com the reservation was never pushed through resulting in two phone calls to booking. Com 2 1/2 hours waiting in lobby to get a room. Crazy wait time both times I called booking.

The two guys who were on duty at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful. Both had a sense of humor which made the experience even more pleasant. Later, when we left for the evening, they both stepped outside with us to guide us with directions to our destination. Together, they took a routine task from ordinary to exceptional!
