房間地點都不錯，也在鬧區很方便。房間枕頭及棉被就是最大敗筆，實在可惜。 枕頭很重，睡在頭下又沒有任何彈性或記憶功能，也沒有任何高度，不管是睡或是抱著都有一種不舒服的感覺，最不舒服的就是棉被，雖然保暖但像是報紙質感，任何的動作都會有很吵的沙沙聲。棉被填充物稍小，導致棉被四周都是空的，最大問題還是真的很「吵」，防止睡眠

Heater is not working ! My last year experience is also heater problem ! Wonder if they purposely turn off the heater when we booked thru hotel booking web . Please research this otherwise I might not book thru your web again especially during winter season .

the water will come out from the bath tub when you took a shower and wet the bathroom floor, not sure it is part of the design but it messy up

房間空調是中央無熱暖氣，反應後有給移動式暖爐機，服務很好。 停車時門口的服務小姐很貼心，知道天冷，送了一杯飲料兌換卷。 也順利停到地下室的停車場。 廁所設計可以再加強，其他都👍

房間裡的設備環境、櫃檯服務等等一切都很好，唯獨早餐都是冷的，只有湯粥飯是熱的，其他加熱區的爐跟加熱燈效果很差，炸雞翅是冷的，糯米腸是冷的，不再細數。當場有跟人員反應，人員有立刻處理，但食物還是溫溫涼涼的（從「冷」改善到「溫涼」）。入住煙波數次，這次的早餐體驗有點影響到我下次的選擇。

This hotel was not so easy to book probably due to its prime location in the shopping area with Big City Shopping Centre nearby. Overall the room was clean and tidy except that the quilt was found contaminated with a dirty mark of 4 to 5 inches square. After raising the case to the hotel staff, the whole quilt with cover was immediately replaced. We checked-in at the reception around 15 minutes earlier than the official time, the staff asked us to wait without giving reason. We preferred to take some food outside. After that, it seemed that our room was upgraded to a very high floor with tranquility and street view. Breakfast variety has much to choose from.
