Friendly staff except that the cook who deliver us the breakfast , no greeting, 1 portion was missing.. he have to change his behaviour

Stayed at the Luxury Suite, which had conveniently a little kitchenette to cook own food. The bedroom and living/kitchen area was nicely separated, and the view from the balcony was great.

I had complementary breakfast which was delivered directly to the room as they had no breakfast room. Indicating what I wanted for breakfast was quite easy, however the delivery was sometimes quite later than I had hoped for - one only was able to select a 1 hour window and sometimes waiting for almost an hour for ones food costs valuable time when on an exact schedule.
