The hotel is fine. The cancellation practices, which are controlled by the desk staff, are abominable. We've lost hundreds of dollars due to having to change our travel plans. We didn't even request refunds, just credits for changing dates. And I'm talking about making a reservation a week in advance and trying to change the dates almost immediately.

More flexible accomodations for dates... it's not like they're busy. The last time they didn't give me credit, we were one of three cars in their parking lot.

"Room was fine except for the heater and refrigator"

The heater came on during the night and sounded like a freight train going thru the room. The pump (?) on the refrigator made an up and down running sound all night long. Hard to sleep with all the noise.
