Quality Inn Meadville

Excellent price, I believe we stayed in a newly redone room! Everything was very clean and new looking.

The bed was a tad soft, but you can't please everyone.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. It was very quiet at night.

I had called prior to my stay to add a day to my stay the lady on the phone was very short and unhelpful at first. She was quick to say you booked third party and I can't change anything. I had to tell her I was not asking you to change anything I just wanted to add a night and she told me I could book threw my third party provider I used previously and they would keep me in the same room. The conversation ended with satisfaction. I booked my room online. When I arrived she could not find my added day and was again short to say nothing we can do you will have to take that up with your third party provider. And I began to pull up my confirmation stating it was booked and paid for and she walked away leaving me there like she didn't care what kind of proof I had I wasn't in her computer when I had found it I rang bell twice and then had to say hello before she came back to me at this point she was trying to help then the manager arrived and she found my reservation the third party provider switched my name around using my last name as my first and first as my last name. So everything was figured out and taken care of but just the way the lady was like she didn't want to bother with me at all. After all my stay was very nice.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! The bed was super comfortable.

There were dangerous looking icicles hanging from the roof above our exterior door. I was worried they may break loose and fall.

Very comfortable bed . Big bath tub and a variety of places to eat close to the hotel.

They are remodeling so it smells like paint .
