Jameson Inn - Hazlehurst

Excellent service and a great place to stay when visiting Hazelhurst. Only issues are rooms are hot when entering because air is turned off when not in use. Also hotel has smoking rooms. The smell lingers.... hotel would rank much higher if it was smoke free, in my opinion.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the AC did not cool the room enough and we all sweated all night.

Customer service: Here’s what I mean. We were hauling in my desktop computer to complete some work I headed for the next day when we discovered there was no elevator to the second floor. With no room available on the first floor, the owner immediately jumped into action. He offered to either carry the computer upstairs for us or we could use the meeting room and projector. Then, seeing our large vehicle (a long wheel base Sprinter), he moved his own vehicle to allow us the spot he had. Wow! Upon our second stay only 3 days later, he made sure we had a downstairs room and had already moved his vehicle by the time we arrived. We have never seen anyone accommodate us as guests the way Peter did. The lobby was very clean and very nice. Our king bed room was also very clean and spacious, complete with a daybed. Anyone who has stayed at a hotel much knows how nice it is to sit on a couch (there were two of us) after a day’s work!! Hazlehurst is a very small, rural town so this room and service were exceptional!! Be sure to bring your usb cube in, and remember that there is no elevator, but you’ll be glad you stayed here!

Great hotel nice rooms that are cleaned daily. Nice outdoor area along with pool. Staff are very friendly and great manners.i would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a great place to stay in hazlehurst ga

We stayed here overnight for my daughter's softball tournament. Hazelhurst is a small town with not much going on. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the pool was well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again.

Friendly and welcoming. Husband and wife are personable with good customer service. Low budget, no frills hotel. Older property but the room is generally clean. I stay here often. Outdoor pool is clean. Grounds are clean. Free wifi.

Very nice place to stay alway clean very nice people an i will be coming back again had no problem when i was there he even gave me some head phones kool guy an his wife was very nice to me checking in both times 💯💯💯

First, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful! We were assigned a room on the second floor (no elevators ☹️). The room was awefull. The carpet was disgusting (very stained). The spread on the bed had cigarette holes in it. The sheets were stained. The smoke alarm was open and showed that there was no battery in it. We went to our vehicle to get our luggage and we noticed a door that led to the inside of the motel that is supposed to be acucessible only with a room key. The door was locked while open so all you had to do was pull the door open. VERY UNSAFE! That night, the water never got hot when taking a shower. I will never ever stay there again!!!!

Was here for nearly a month for work. Booked it online, upon checkin the desk clerk/Manager (April) knew that they were offering a better weekly rate for the Outage worker, but never revealed it to me. Ended up costing me over $600.00 more for my stay. Never again, room was nasty anyway.

The employees went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. This is an older two story hotel without an elevator. There is a small lobby area which is also used for breakfast. Continental breakfast includes waffles and a small selection. We did lose power during the hurricane. Again the staff did an awesome job considering the circumstances.
