Hotel Montemar Maritim

Отель отличный! Очень удобные, просторные номера. Отличный ресторан! Всегда вкусно. Блюда не заканчиваются, даже если вы пришли последним на ужин. Бассейн на улице с соленой, видимо морской водой. Персонал внимательный и не навязчивый. Нам очень понравилось. С удовольствием приедем ещё раз.

Good points first. Nice clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. English speaking. Free car parking and WiFi. Good WiFi in all of hotel including the rooms. Sea view from most rooms so do not pay extra for one. The food was excellent and a good choice. The pizza at dinner time was the best in Santa Susanna. Bad points To use the indoor pool you have to pay 5 Euros for a half day pass key. I was very disappointed with this as i like to use the indoor pool and booked this hotel specifically for the use of the indoor pool.This charge was not stated on the Hotels .com website. You also have to leave a payment deposit at the front desk to cover any drinks you have with dinner. I personally would like to have paid after the meal. I was initially given room 611 which was very noisy. There is something like an air conditioning unit on the roof above which would have kept me awake all night. Like a helicopter on the roof. I ask to change rooms and this was no problem. Staff quickly got me another room. Overall a nice clean hotel with good staff but let down by indoor pool charges.

Excellent in all regards except for the beds. Bed as hard and not so comfortable.

Great break with family and the hotel did everything to make it great

Excellent hotel, near to train station for trips to Barcelona and quite quiet.

We have upgraded to superior room and when we arrived to the hotel it was late around 11 pm and we found full dinner in our room incuding desert, and water. We were so happy and surprise with every thing. The room was big and clean , the view was fantastic and the diner. The children had such a lovely time. Nice breakfast and dinner with a lot of choice. Location was nice. We will definitely go back to the hotel again.

This hotel was way below expectations. The hotel itself is not bad, but the service was horrible. No matter what question or request you ever have, the answer is always NO. Not even a smile or apology. In addition, everything is $5. If you want to use the indoor swimming pool, $5. If you want a remote control for a century old tv $5. If you want a water with your meal, $5. You only have 2 hours for breakfast (8 to 10 I think) buffet and 2 hours for dinner (7 to 9). And they will kick you out after the time expired. The rooms are not sound proof at all. You always hear anybody walking anywhere on the corridors. In the morning the sound from the breakfast room is awful. The location of the hotel is undesirable. It is far from the main beach and kind of difficult to get to the beach (it will take you at least 15 mins). It is also far from the main touristic area of Santa Susanna, which means long walk to eat out, go out or party. I would certainly not be going back.

Very nice hotel, distinctive in shape and special when it comes to meal time! Nice, central location, especially if you have rented a car.

We have had a very good stay helpful reception staff very good food especially pleased with the room size and balcony would recomend and stay again
