Superbe séjour en famille. 10 jours de bonheur dans un hotel où tout était au top: ambiance, propreté, nourriture, activités pour les enfants, le personnel...rien à dire juste parfait *****

The room was big, clean and comfort. Dining at the hotel was very good, the same was the service in thecdining room. The "mini disco" children show was disappointing since it was identical for 3 nights. The "crazy show" was too rude and offensive to our opinion due to the presence of children....

Negativ war die Organisation der Essenzeiten: 2 Stunden zu kurz für die Anzahl der Gäste oder mehr Personal, um Tische schneller wieder einzudecken, so mussten Gäste warten, obwohl Tische frei waren. Einweiser war auch Tischdecker und Abräumer!? Machte einen etwas chaotischen Eindruck, hektisch und dadurch Bedienung auch gestresst und nicht so freundlich. Die Krümel von den Tischen wurden auf den Boden gewischt oder auch erst auf die Stühle und dann auf den Boden. Noch unbenutze Gläser wurden von den Tischen genommen, obwohl wir noch am Tisch aßen. Die Kinder- Animation abends begann erst um 21.30 Uhr am Pool (viel zu spät) und das anschließende Programm war immer viel zu laut. Auf den Balkonen in Richtung Pool war so kein Gespräch möglich. Vor Mitternacht war dort nicht an Ruhe zu denken, denn auch die Fenster halten keinen Lärm ab. Wir hatten eine Kamera, die direkt auf unseren Balkon gerichtet war und es ging mehrfach nachts der dazugehörige Lichtstrahler an! (Zimmer 120) Keinerlei Infomaterial auf den Zimmern weder zum Hotel, noch zum Fernsehprogramm, noch zum Ort! Positiv waren die angebotenen Speisen: Vielfalt, Zubereitung, Geschmack Positiv auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Service am Empfang, weil sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dort wurden alle Anfragen und Probleme schnell geklärt.

Hotel very clean and well presented and well organised. Staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas. Would defintely stay here again, as close to beach, shops,strip and railway station. Excellent location and choice of facilities. The only down side was the sun loungers were taken up everyday very earlier so didnt have a chance to lay around the pool, so we went to the beach instead.

Good value, nice staff, near beach, with activities and good food. Mattresses were not of high quality.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was great with fab views and a large balcony. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely go back to stay there again.

excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très calme .Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel de la réception ainsi que celle du restaurant et du bar .La nourriture est toujours très bonne les petits déjeuners supers; Nous ne sommes jamais déçus de cet Hôtel ou nous aimons venir
