Knights Inn Litchfield

The owner was very nice and made the check in process easy. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, the room was nice and cool. The only thing I didn't like was we had a couple people next to us that let their TV stay on all night and it interrupted my sleep. Then at 6 am, there was someone outside my window having a loud conversation with someone on their phone which woke me up after having a rough night of sleep.

The room was damp and humid. You could see moisture on the bathroom floor tiles, the bedding felt damp, and the carpet was moist to the touch! Laminate on doors was peeling off and the decor was at least 25 years out of date. They have also discontinued breakfast service.

The bathroom floor was wet and slippery had to put a towel down and the whole.hotel smelt of majrijuna. The air didn't work the room was very hot

The outside doors did not lock, the room was dusty, the lamps either didn't work, it flickered, so we unplugged it, or there was no place to plug it in on one side of the bed. No matress cover, sheets were horrible, towels were thin, i didn't even dare open the refrigerator, was too scared at what i would find. I have to say the reviews I read on Expedia weren't accurate. Will never stay again for sure.

Filthy. I mean complete crap hole. I put my stained chair in front of the door because the lock was broken. I slept in my clothes and I actually air dried after my shower because there was little hairs on everything. The water in the tub filled up during my shower. I paid $150 to stay at this place. Drive the extra few miles to st cloud. This place is gross.

The front staff was very friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This is my second stay and I’ll stay there again the next time I’m in the area. For the price it works for me! Yes, they don’t offer continental breakfast but McDonald’s is on one side and a full-service restaurant is on the other side. I read read through all of the reviews, and I think people were just wanting a top-tier motel for the price of an affordable one. Give it a try and judge for yourself.

Employees were really nice. I did feel safe there. I would stay again if the room was properly cleaned with a very heavy deep cleaning. And some proper maintenance. The light in the bathroom went out before our stay ended. AC unit filter was completely dirty. Took it to front desk they cleaned it. Really thick dust under one of the queen size beds. Rooms should not be rented out if they have not been properly cleaned. All furniture should be removed and floor vacuumed, and shampooed. There was no discount on stay. I did not ask for one plus reserved on a third-party Internet site. Would not pay $99 for a dirty room again.

No hot tub working; no continental breakfast as advertised; filthy room that smelled; VERY OLD run-down hotel. Beds were hard and hold with flat pillows and dirty bedspreads; air conditioning unit hanging off of wall; mirror not cleaned; garbage on the bathroom floor; dim lights; totally disgusting. If I had another place to stay, I would have packed up and left.
