Super nettes Personal! Alles war wunderbar geschmackvoll weihnachtlich geschmückt! Tolles Essen! Schöner Kinderbereich! Schöner Wellnessbereich! Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Piste!

Ein kleines i-Tüpfelchen wäre ein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gewesen. Aber es gab einen im Wohnzimmer, den konnten wir Eltern nur leider nicht nutzen, da die Kinder dort geschlafen haben.

Alles war wieder großartig, waren zum 4. Mal dort. Das Personal ist dort extrem freundlich.

Der Skikeller könnte etwas komfortabeler sein.

"Mooie omgeving, mooie suite maar wel wat aandachtspunten."

Het enorme terras wat wij bij onze suite hadden en de bus halte direct voor de deur (al moest je wel een stijlen trap af naar beneden)

Bar/lounge alleen open als je reserveert dus je kan nooit spontaan een drankje doen. In suite met woonkamer en keuken is slechts één prullenbak bak in douche aanwezig. Suite is voor vier personen maar er is onvoldoende bestek aanwezig. Hotel beweert op duurzaamheid te letten en alleen de handdoeken op de grond te vervangen maar in werkelijkheid worden alle handdoeken vervangen. Saalbach Hinterglemm heeft geen eigen treinstation dus reis met het gratis openbaar vervoer kost veel tijd. Zo is de reistijd met de bus naar het treinstation in Zell am See ongeveer een uur.
