"Bon service mais arnaque"

Le petit déjeuner est varié .

C est la 3 fois que j y viens mais cette fois : - dans la description booking vue sur ville prévu. - par un soit disant problème entre la plateforme booking et la leur ( esperia ) , le logement prévu est avec vue sur piscine . - jusque là, pour moi c est pas vraiment un problème. - il se fait que je me suis retrouvé dans une cave avec vue sur un mur .( je n ai pas de photos car je ne suis rentré dans cette chambre que 2 minutes ) - je réclame et on me dit que …oui , c est pas vue piscine mais c est accès piscine et que pour eux , ils considèrent que c est conforme . - je réclame et on me trouve une chambre avec vue sur ville à l hôtel Esperia. avec un supplément de 126 euros pour 2 nuits , à moi de choisir, et j ai choisi cette solution pour être logé dans de bonnes conditions. - ils m ont dit que c est une erreur entre les plateformes ( booking <>esperia ) et de me plaindre à booking . -personnellement je trouve cela une arnaque, et on tient le client en otage. -> si le client accepte, il a paie pour une chambre avec vue ville ou piscine mais il a vue sur un mur . -> si le client ´n’accepte pas on le taxe de 61 euros la nuit pour avoir une chambre comme il veut . - ils auraient pu faire un geste et me demander que la moitié ou moins de la différence de prix entre les 2 hôtel ( pearl , esperia). Faites donc très attention surtout si vous prévoyez plusieurs jours car ce sera autant de fois 61 euros. Plainte déposée à booking .

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. yeterliydi. Taze kruvasanlar ,çeşitli hamur işleri güzeldi. Yoğut ayrı güzel. helal ürünlerin de düşünülmesi yerinde olmuş.Çay çeşitleri ve kahve lezzetliydi.

Sevmemek değil tavsiye.Kekiği ile ünlü bir adada zeytinyağın yanında güzel olurdu. Ayrıca dometesin yanında maydanoz,roka,tere gibi yeşillikler çeşni olabilir. Ayrıca Hotel bir Yunan otelinden ziyade Evrenseldi. Gezimizin amaclarından biri Yunan Kültürüydü. Kaldığımız sürece hiç Yunan müziği çalmadı. Kimse Kalimera demedi. Ben zaten her yerde bunu görüyorum. Sabah personel tikanete dese güzel olurdu.

Otel çalışanları kibar ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı, temizlik ve konumu çok iyi.

Duşa kabini çok çok küçük. Yetişkin bir insan için değil
