Aucun accueil ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Pendant l'heure d'ouverture il a fallu sonner pour avoir quelqu'un qui est venu d'ailleurs. Cela manquait d'accueil humain

Motel easy to find and access- Quiet surroundings and everything was clean. Breakfast was served upon request and was plentiful. Easy to park in front of the studios.

The studio was clean and tidy but could have used a bit of airing as there was a strong smell of damp.

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett hatte unglaublich große Ausmaße und war sehr gemütlich, insbesondere war die Matratze nicht zu weich. Beim nächsten Besuch von Ohakune kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei.

Clean big room. Comfortable bed.

There was a $30 charge pet fee(to clean the room) and unnecessary in our case. That was not clear in the booking.
