Petra Moon Hotel

De kamers waren ruim, goed verzorgd en aangenaam stil dankzij de goede geluidsisolatie, wat we echt waardeerden. Het verzorgingspakket op de kamer was een zeer leuke en attente verrassing. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en van zeer goede kwaliteit. Het absolute pluspunt was dat het ontbijt al om 6:00 start. Hierdoor konden we vroeg vertrekken naar Petra en de drukte vermijden; ideaal om de Siq in alle rust te beleven. De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend, op wandelafstand van de hoofdingang van Petra, wat alles bijzonder gemakkelijk maakt. Daarnaast waren er gratis bussen richting Little Petra en taxi’s in de directe omgeving.

De koffie die we ter betaling bestelden buiten het ontbijt vonden we persoonlijk minder lekker en wat aan de dure kant.

Excellent service. Greeted at check in by Isser who was friendly and made us feel welcomed. He recommended the dinner buffet which I thought was absolutely fantastic (kudos to the chef). On day of check out Abdullah helped us and he was fantastic. He helped my husband and I with our headscarfs and foreign exchange. We genuinely felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The room was fantastic. We had room 414. It had a lovely view of Petra. Room was lovely and very clean. Dining staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient to the entrance to the site, reasonably priced, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The property was a 2 minute walk to the gates of Petra which was perfect for us as we were tired after hiking in Petra all day. The room was clean, it had a nice view of the gates of Petra, and the staff was excellent. Abdullah, at the front desk, was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed for a nice vacation.

The stay was truly incredible and exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the entrance to Petra, which made exploring the site incredibly convenient and stress-free. Being able to return easily after a long day of sightseeing was a huge advantage. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. A special mention goes to Abdullah, who went above and beyond to make my trip seamless. He was always available, attentive, and proactive in ensuring everything was taken care of. He helped arrange reliable cabs for my entire trip and coordinated all my local transportation smoothly, so I never had to worry about logistics or delays. His support and professionalism truly enhanced my overall experience.

Excelente hotel. Empreendimento local, todos funcionários são de Petra e toda a equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Jantamos no próprio hotel e valeu demais a pena. Café da manhã também é excelente. Quarto muito bom e confortável
