AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS. One of the worst hostels I ever stayed in. Location is terrible because it's on a super busy street, and there's music blasting all day from across the street, like really loud music. You can't even eat peacefully in the common area, you can't open the windows, and during the night WTIH CLOSED WINDOWS you hear motorcycles, cars and just a lot of noise from the street. The shared rooms have windows both to the street and to another calmer street, but that side is also noisy and stinks cause it's above a restaurant. Wifi wasn't working in my room, the air is very stuffy all over the hostel and you just can't breathe. The triple bunk beds are impossible to get into, especially to the third floor. The elegant interior is not worth this shitshow of a place.

Staff were helpful and also building is very cool and historical.

The location is in a very very very load and noisy place, specially on weekends, I couldn't sleep a bit due outside noise. Additionally the rooms does not have lights in them, only small lights on each bed, which makes it hard to move at night.

The dorm beds are three stories–it felt a bit precarious and it meant you could feel a lot of people's movements. But it was overall fine!

No geral, a hospedagem é muito boa, ainda mais levando em consideração a localização, que fica em um bairro incrível e cheio de coisas para fazer. O hostel funciona em um casarão bonito e bem conservado, o que dá bastante charme à experiência. A equipe foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia e o quarto onde fiquei era espaçoso, confortável e atendeu bem às minhas necessidades. Vale destacar também o café da manhã que, pelo preço cobrado, valia muito a pena e foi uma ótima opção para começar o dia antes de explorar a cidade. Fora isso, tive uma experiência muito positiva. A combinação entre a excelente localização, o ambiente agradável, o atendimento da equipe, o conforto das acomodações e o bom custo-benefício faz desta uma ótima opção para quem deseja conhecer Lisboa.

Meu ponto negativo foi o banheiro. Devido à instalação e à disposição dos boxes, não havia onde pendurar as bolsas com os pertences nem as mudas de roupa, o que acabava dificultando bastante na hora do banho e da troca de roupa. É um detalhe simples, mas que faz diferença no conforto do dia a dia, especialmente para quem está viajando e precisa levar seus itens de higiene e roupas para o banheiro.
