Cómo siempre un hotel fantàstico para descansar en Santa Cruz...que te permite relajarte después de una jornada recorriendo la isla. Cama cómoda,baño limpio al llegar hace un poco de calor en la habitación pero hay ventilador de techo y se nota. El personal muy amable y atento. Si hay vecinos con ruido,a cierta hora les llaman la atención para quitar música,bajar tele ...etc por respetar el descanso de otros huéspedes. Siempre que puedo escaparme por Tenerife y hay disponibilidad reservo ,hay otros stios más baratos,pero por ubicación( buena zona y céntrica), el servicio del personal y conocerlo...lo prefiero antes que otros sitios. Muy recomendable.

El calor de la habitación y algún vecino bien con múdica,tele o móvil que se pasa de volumen. Pero para lo primero hay ventilador y lo otro,avisas a recepción y se acabó.
