Clean, great location, friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid.

Slightly dated decor but if your plan is to use it as a base and spend most of your time out and about, it isn't a problem at all.

the view!!! we were on the 5th floor and it was one of the best sea views we have ever had. location was brilliant being really close to the sea and to the old town. restaurants all around. lovely balcony. easy to find, easy to get keys

we hadnt realised that the room wouldnt get tidied, or that changing bed sheets and towels was done thru reception every few days/weekly - this didnt matter but i should have realised this? people moving their furniture around in their rooms (pulling chairs out, pushing them back in kind of thing) was very loud and sometimes very early! but i would forgive everything for the view we had

Ubicación excepcional (primera línea de la playa), atención del personal (Florid, Mía, Tony y Sebas). Espectacular zona para alojarse en Benidorm, cerca del casco antiguo, del centro, de los lugares para comer. Volvería a hospedarme allí
