Lovely peaceful venue

A fantastic staff who provide the maximum service they can. Clean and neat rooms where you can open the double doors to the balcony, so everyone can be together. Very good food prepared by the chef and served with a smile and presence by the waiters. Everyone was very nice to our dog, who was doing incredibly well.

This hotel was closed. It just reopen when we arrived. No professional personnel, just guards, cold, dirty, disgusting. We had to go and find another hotel. We just have been ripped out. We should have knew because this hotel isn't proposed a cancellation procedure

The barbeque dinner was not so good

Habitaciones tipo cabaña de madera, muy bonitas en entorno agradable y con piscina. Pero instalaciones algo dejadas, con personal que pese a ponerle interés no llegan a dar el servicio necesario (poca resolución de problemas, dificultad para acceder a ellos, etc.). Lástima porque la ubicación y las instalaciones dan para mucho más.

Lo que nome gustó son las instalaciones están bastante deterioradas. La piscina sobre todo. Un poco descuidado todo. Lo mejor el personal. Muy atento.

El trato de las chicas fue maravilloso, estuvimos muy cómodos y desde luego volvería. La comida estaba muy rica y es asequible totalmente. Si sois de cuello sensible como yo, llevaros vuestra propia almohada porque son bajitas, pero eso no es cosa suya, es cosa mía jajaja. 10/10

It is a beautiful place so stay: it is in nature. Rooms and other amenities are excellent. You need a car to go to the beach.
