2 mins to beach, prom and restaurants. Swimming pool heated. Staff lovely. Lovely veranda with sun loungers.

Apartments are dated, beds needs updating, legs kept collapsing. Bathroom floor leaking continuously. Switches on the walls broke. Need a good refurbishment to bring up to standard.

"Besser im Sommer buchen"

Die Anlage ist großzügig und sauber, die Lage zur Strandnähe perfekt. Unser Bungalow hatte eine ausreichende Größe, alles Notwendige war vorhanden.

In den Wintermonaten würden wir diese Anlage allerdings nicht mehr buchen. Zwar gibt es im Schlafzimmer ein Kombigerät zum Heizen/Kühlen, dieser reicht jedoch bei weitem nicht aus, die ganze Wohnung zu erwärmen. Tagsüber fällt dies kaum ins Gewicht, abends wird es aber empfindlich kühl und unangenehm. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, allerdings war es nur möglich, sich mit einer Mitarbeiterin in deutsch oder englisch zu verständigen. Ansonsten bleibt nur eine Übersetzung per Handy, oder man kann spanisch. Die Beleuchtung in den Wohnräumen ist eher dürftig. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste teilweise ersetzt werden. Aber letztendlich handelt es sich auch "nur" um eine drei-Sterne-Anlage, so dass man das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als noch gut bewerten kann.
