"Fun stay in a Winter Wonderland"

Such a gorgeous place to stay. From the welcome greeting from the reception team to the time we checked out, we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was in the main castle, with comfortable beds, in a spacious room. The restaurant was fun.

A longer stay would have made it better - and perhaps a map of the hotel. It was easy to get lost there. A lot of families with small children were staying there - there were a few children running around through the hallways making noise, but this settled down after 9:30 pm.
