"First Class"

10.0

Everything, location and view were second to none. Olive and James were lovely hosts, offering tea and cake on arrival. Suggestions for dinner in the local village and then breakfast .... WOW. It was fine dining to say the least. Many options available in a lovely dining room. Internet was great and a 3am inviting log fire in the lounge room.

Great place stay, very clean, fantastic breakfast. Olive, the owner, is an absolute star. Our ferry was very late, she waited up to welcome us. I would recommend The Cullentra House to anyone

"We wish we could have stayed longer - Cullentra House has got it spot on"

10.0

We received such a warm welcome at nearly midnight ( after a very delayed ferry crossing ) The attention to detail is second to none - the breakfast was sumptuous - better than any 5* hotel in London - just try it - you’ll have a wonderful stay - we did !

Absolutely nothing!

"Banter and Breakfast"

10.0

A great weekend in the Glens of Antrim with friends at the best B&B, Cullentra House just outside the picturesque village of Cushendall, the hosts are Olive and James two of the nicest people on this planet who go the full nine yards to make your stay special, the accommodation is out of this world and the breakfast is legendary, freshly baked bread and scones, fresh fruit and smoothies and a full Irish breakfast of the highest quality,

"First Class B&B in the Glens of Antrim"

10.0

Our favourite place to stay in the North Antrim coast. This is our second time staying here and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else when up this direction. We have stayed in many hotels, B&B’s and Cullentra House knocks it out of the park everytime. Olive and James are the perfect hosts and make us feel right at home every time. Greeted on arrival and served us afternoon tea in their beautiful lounge and everything home baked (Olive is an exceptional cook). Shown to our beautiful room which was immaculate and the most comfortable bed, the view over the mountains is beautiful. They dropped us into Harry’s which also never lets you down for a great meal and went across to the bar across the road for some drinks and live music. The breakfast the next morning has to be the best we have had anywhere and all cooked to perfection. Nothing is too much trouble and you can tell how seriously they take their business. No wonder they win awards there is not one thing I could fault and also nothing I could recommend as they have thought of everything. Don’t waste your money staying anywhere else, you will not be disappointed choosing Cullentra House. Thank you Olive and James for yet another wonderful stay at your beautiful home. Excellent value for money!

"10/10 would recommend a stay here and the breakfast!!"

10.0

Our hosts were so incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay here a pleasant one! The breakfast they provided was exactly what we needed before a long day of sightseeing and they had endless recommendations for where to eat and what to do in Northern Ireland. The rooms were comfortable and as expected!

Some difficulties with hot water in the shower.

"Fabulous location and welcome"

10.0

Lovely warm welcome from Olive and James. The house is immaculate, all needs catered for. There is a visitors’ lounge with log burner and tv so on arrival we could snuggle up with a cuppa and home made cakes. (Olive is an amazing cook!) Breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The location is superb - on an elevated position close to Cushendall, overlooking the sea. If you’re lucky enough to get the sun , it comes straight from that direction (sea) in the morning. Stunning. We ate in Harry’s bar in Cushendall in the evening. Recommended, but please book! Good spontaneous live music in Johnny Joe’s (opposite Harry’s) to finish off. We did not know County Antrim at all but will return as the scenery is beautiful - lots to see with a car. And we’d stay at Olive’s - why go elsewhere??
