家族で宿泊させていただきました。スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても親切で気持ちよく、本当に感激しました！ 夕食のお店がどこがいいか尋ねると、何店舗か候補を出してくださり急な予約の手配までしてくださってとても助かりました。 ホテル内のラグジュアリーで非日常的な空間もとっても素敵でした。 心地良い滞在時間をありがとうございました。

Very cool hotel and the pictures do not do not do it justice. Friendly helpful staff amazing smell as soon as you walk in the lobby. Great free bar food until 7 pm and very convenient to shops opp the hotel. Parking was great as we just parked in front of the lobby and we were given an upgrade. We would return to Sapporo just to stay in this hotel. Best hotel of our stay in Japan and we stayed in nine hotels during our three week term in Japan

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel staff are very nice, friendly, professional in serving guests from hotel reception staff who welcomed us to the staff in club lounge and breakfast area. The reception staff are mixed of nationalities, who can speak Jap, English, mandarin and Cantonese. The first impression is the hotel’s thoughtfulness in its luxurious, elegant design in all the interior decoration design details from matching furnitures, wall deco to the use of lights, and bathroom faucets in their colours, pattern and style. We stayed in executive king room with free breakfast, high tea and happy hour access, Room mini bar is free. We checked in late from Otaru and missed the high tea. Hotel is nice to let us come back again next day to enjoy it. Knowing us celebrating our 20th anniversary, hotel especially decorated the room with towel swans and balloons and some snacks. Both the breakfast and tea are nicely presented and served with high-quality level food. Bathroom amenities are pretty good. The air condition is not cool enough but at least acceptable. Inside hotel activities are mainly a small gym room and spend a good relaxing time at its executive lounge. The only drawback is the location being a bit far from central tourist spots & popular shopping. Not as convenient for walking. The nearby are beer museum and Sapporo factory. Its vibe is a bit quiet and not too hip. But I think the level of this hotel’s quality service compensates and it’s worth the value.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality my family and I received during our recent 5 days 4 nights stay at Hotel Sosei in Sapporo. As frequent travelers, we have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels around the world, but the service and experience we encountered at Hotel Sosei truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. The world-class service provided by the staff at Hotel Sosei exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the unforgettable experience. Special thanks to reception staff who came up to fix our toilet on 21/08, Farid for assisting us with local car rental, Minoru at the bar for offering us complimentary drinks and his wonderful smiles and outstanding service which we will always remember. Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality. Very convenient located in the international side of the airport. 3 mins walk to doraemon and hello kitty mini playground and etc reception speaks good English and breakfast was decent room is huge with Japanese standards a bit pricey but worth the money after 5.5 hours flight

Staffs are very helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean. Very good breakfast with varieties of foods. Love to go back.

The hotel is new and looks nice. However air-con in room is not cold even though we turned to lowest temperature. Booked 3 rooms and all had the same issue.
