"HF est le meilleur"

L'accueil, l'intérêt porté à ma personne par le personnel, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les repas, les ascenseurs efficaces, la propreté, le calme, chambre large, lit large, beaucoup d'espace pour circuler dans l'hôtel, la situation géographique, la sécurité tout autour. Tout est à mon goût.

Il n'y a que le rangement pour les vêtements qui est un peu trop juste.

C'etait acceptable. Un peu plus d'options serait bien.

S'assurer que tout soit vraiment prêt à 7h comme promis avec toutes les étiquettes devant les plats pour que le client sache les noms de chaque plat.

le service d'accueil

la chambre pas insonorisé car les clients d'autres chambres voisines qui passent dans le couloirs parle et vous entendez, meme dans les chambres à cotés. Peut être la la porte

J'ai apprécié la propreté de ma suite , le professionnalisme des employés, la réception était impeccable et le petit déjeuner très sympa.
