The facilities are still in good condition and some staff members are quite cheerful and helpful.

There is one lady in spectacles at the reception who needs a lot of help in terms of working with people. The price was on the high side

Close to the road. Quiet. Clean, and big room with clear view to the city. Warm water, clean corridors, Nice breakfast

Noisy scary elevator. Used razor packaged as new in the bathroom. The chair seemed not adapted to the table(Was too short). No document in the room with useful numbers to call.

Hotel is good, but expensive for what it includes, breakfast is poor, and amenities in the room are very incomplete. I had the same room twice within a month and the same fixtures that were not working were still broken.

There is a lot of work to put into the hotel. There is a lot of potential but still needs a few months, if not years. Things like, where to hang the toilet paper needed to be fixed and in general it was considered too much money for a very okay hotel.

Good location. Hotel is undergoing a remodeling so it’s upgrading but a lot still needs to be done.

Many things in my room didn’t work (AC at times, lightbulbs, toilet paper hanger) many things just unresolved.

The location was good. No mosquitoes and the AC was working well

The water in the shower was brown. The cleanliness of my room was not maintained throughout the week. My sheets were rarely changed. I had to complain first. It is not value for money at all
