From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that hotel policy requires Muslim couples checking in to produce a marriage certificate upon arrival at the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel's front desk for further information. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards upon booking confirmation. Debit cards cannot be used to secure booking. Please note that guests are kindly requested to check in before 16:00. The booking will be released otherwise. A refundable deposit for incidental charges will be collected upon check-in. Guests are entitled to free bicycle usage per stay. The bicycle and the car parking space reservation is not available as it is based on a first come first serve basis. Please note that with effect from 1 June 2014, all bookings will be subjected to a MYR 2 Heritage Tax per room per day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
