"Habitaciones cómodas y buen servicio "

El servicio en general fue muy bueno, pero su sistema bloqueaba el acceso de la tarjeta diario, entonces cada día cuando llegábamos la tarjeta no abría y tenía que bajar a recepción para activarla. También otro detalle de instalaciones es que el piso del baño no tenía declive hacia la coladera, sino hacia el lado contrario, por lo tanto se encharcaba.

El hotel está bien el personal atento las instalaciones muy buenas La única queja, solicite la tarjeta de regalo a la que tenía acceso o el upgrade, y el personal de recepción me comento que no tenían nada o yo no tenía ese beneficio

"Falta de estacionamiento "

En general nuestra experiencia fue buena, lo único que nos pareció terriblemente mal fue que no encontramos estacionamiento ni en su estacionamiento subterráneo ni en los lugares que tienen lateralmente y tuvimos literal, que quedarnos sobre la banqueta con todos los riesgos que esto implica… ojalá y tengan esto en cuenta y hagan algo para ampliar su capacidad. Nuestro hijo también se hospedó con ustedes y también tuvo que su auto en la calle…

Hotel conveniente en plan familiar o de negocios, excelente ubicación a 3 minutos de Plaza San Luis: Las pantallas en habitación son pequeñas comparado a otros hoteles de la ciudad.
