"まあまあ良かったです。"

施設は良かった。プールもあって、夜はライトアップされてとても綺麗でした。

BBQのレストランは期待はずれました。(自分の勝手な期待) ご飯をなかなか来なかったし、店内の高級感がなかった。 これで大人1人14000円？と少し疑問が残りました。

"施設はとても綺麗でした"

ヨロッパ風のリゾートでとても綺麗でした。 もう一度行きたいリゾートでした。

忘れ物をして来たにもかかわらず、ホテルからは連絡がなかったです。 チェックアウトが11時で、その後もホテルのプールを利用したのに、忘れ物の連絡がなく、忘れたまま帰って来ました。ちょっと残念でした。

"リゾート感を味わえて非日常なステイでした！"

ホテル内の装飾が海外リゾートのようで、とても優雅に過ごすことができました。 プールもスライダーなどはないものの楽しむことができました。 清掃スタッフのおばさま方もとても愛想が良く、すれ違うたびにご挨拶してくださるのも嬉しかったです。

スタッフさんの対応が昔はもっとおもてなし精神が強かったなと感じます。今は丁寧ではあるのだけれど淡々と業務をこなしている印象。

お出迎えをしてくださるところから特別感があり、入った瞬間の雰囲気から素敵で海外旅行にきてる様な気分でした。 卓球があるのは着いてから知り、急遽でしたが予約もスムーズに対応してくださり、家族で楽しい時間を過ごせました。
