I booked a room 2 days in advanced. Paid for and everything. When i showed up to check in they "mysteriously" didn't have my reservation and were completely sold out! The guy at the front desk was beyond rude about it! Ended up staying at a different chain 30 minutes up the road.

The property was in a good location. We found unclean sheets in our room but they made it right and changed our room. Front desk staff was excellent and provided 5 star customer service.

In general not well maintained. 2st room assigned Not made up. Did transfer. Safe wouldn't work. Made to work. Dispensers not filled Cart broken for luggage Trash pile of broken machines behind motel
